“There is no elevator. The carpets are worn and stained. The bathroom had stains in the sink and a toilet that only flushed when it felt like it. The open closet has the closet rod at 4ft off the floor, which means that long dresses puddle and cannot hang. The WiFi is too slow to be useful. We heard every conversation in the room next door, every door slamming, every person walking past. The air conditioning was irregular and the mini fridge rattled. The name of this hotel is apparently ironic.”

“3 night stay for a soccer tourney in Provo 10 mins away. Perfect stay with a lot of shopping & dining nearby. Great location and very clean. Nice and quiet area surrounded by mountains. Would return.”

“The property was nice overall. Clean, and modern looking. Hot Tub was unavailable the first day I tried to use it, but was fixed later. I was put in a Hearing assist room for whatever reason I'm not sure. There were flashing lights all night long which made it hard for me to sleep. My biggest problem was at check in. I requested a room like the the picture I booked on expedia. I was told that this was an upgrade & since I booked on expedia, and I'm only a Marriott Silver Elite member I was...

“Desk clerk ,Oda Mae, was very nice! Breakfast was freah but only warm. The only complaint we have is that there is not any ventilation in the bathroom. Any smell permeates out into the room!”

“I stayed here last year, and I feel the hotel has not kept up with upkeep of the hotel. The shower's have no water pressure and the shower drains were clogged. They used to always have filtered cold water near the front entrance and now we are directed to a water fountain that was covered in coffee. The breakfast was about the same as before, there was eggs, sausages, make your own waffles, breads, and sugary cereals.
