“Our family vacationed on a road trip for 12 days, and this was our favorite hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. Mary, at the front desk, went way out of her way to be so helpful to us in everything we needed. The pool was opened for a short time during our stay, but mostly was out of service. “Went for a concert and a visit to Copperstown. The hot tub was great, excellent breakfast as well. Staff was very accommodating, anything we needed we got right away. Highly recommend this property will most certainly stay there on our next visit to Syracuse. A++”
