“A gem of a property in beautiful Marin county. Super quiet and peaceful. Impressive views of downtown San Rafael. A clean and updated mid-century modern property that is cozy and it's own private balcony. A wonderful heated pool that is large enough for lap swimming. Host provided all the necessities along with snacks, premium coffee, and a bottle of bubbly. Onsite EV charger was convenient, just paid the local utility rates.”

“Cute little tiny home. Very modern and clean. However it was very cold with only one split AC/heater unit to heat the whole place. Perhaps some additional space heaters for each room would help ALOT. They provided cute slippers but they were dirty and used. Otherwise very nicely done and would come back again.”

“The accommodations were spacious and clean Host was personable and gracious The quiet was probably the most apparent and high point of my stay Dining was not a problem as there were plenty of eateries within walking distance Overall it was marvelous”

“My family of four enjoyed our short stay at the cottage. Only thing wrong is we wish we could have stayed longer. Swimming in the beautiful pool was a treat and hearing the neighbor's roosters & chickens were a delight. Bonus for the cute cows next door too. It was clean, modern and comfortable. Short drive into the square and vineyard for our event. Also liked the sound machine in the bedroom. Thank for a lovely stay. ”

“This is a wonderful location to access Oakland, Marin, and San Francisco. The neighborhood is wonderful with many views from the property and walking through the neighborhood. Warren is so easy to reach and is very responsive to any questions you might have. The cute little town of Rockridge is only a 20 minute walk away, and of course very accessible by car. So many great independent stores and wonderful restaurant scene.”
