“Super friendly staff who were easy to converse with, the inn was well maintained with vintage roots and a splash off modern. The food was excellent. On the listing it does say they have laundry facilities, but after asking it turns out they don’t. So be aware if that is a need. I would surely go back again if I am in the area!”

It has everything you need, spotlessly clean, in a great location and Zach is a very attentive host. 4 of us stayed comfortably here, the courtyard garden and parking space right next to the house are both an absolute bonus. “A fantastic stay. Rooms just perfect. Lovely touch with the coffee machine and the fridge in the pantry with fresh milk and additional bottled water. Breakfast was excellent and far far beyond anything that you would expect at a pub type of stay. Location was quiet and a great base to explore Kent and the coastline. Staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Full marks for the Duke William’👏👏 ”

"Posto incantevole, questo edificio immerso nel verde, stuttura con un suo stile, albergo in parte in ristrutturazione, parte delle camere gia ristrutturate, la nostra nonostante è stata ancora da ristrutture presenta un arredamento in stile confortevole e sopratutto pulita. Parcheggio gratuito all'interno del giardino del hotel, dalla strada si fa un pò di difficoltà a trovare la stradina d'entrata tra gli alberi della strada. In zona abbastanza centrale da poter visitare il centro storico di Canterbury a piedi. "

"The airconditioner doesnt work. The temperature can be set only at 18 degrees. Very poor breakfast. The selection of dishes at dinner is extremely limited. The quality of food was not at all good"
