Hotel a McKean

“Positive: staff at check in and check out were both very polite. Negative: Hallways smelled like weed and burning plastic. The entrance had overflowing garbage and the doors to enter the hotel were not locked anyone could walk the halls. You could hear people arguing at 2 am in the parking lot. When we first got in the room all the lamps and Tv were unplugged, the window was wide open. The room has serious water damage. The toilet had dried urine behind the seat, the door to the bathroom...

“The pictures are deceiving. The entrance is as pictured and if quite nice. But once you get past that area it’s not so nice. The hallways and rooms are dark and dreary. We got to our room and was Instantly disappointed the room was small my daughter and I could hold hands from the 2 separate beds. But we said it’s one night we will deal with it. “The picture that was showed online did not match what we saw. We waited in lobby to check in and nobody was there so we left. The place looked run down and not kept up maintenance wise.”

“Hotel was good, I went the weekend of Easter and they had it really nice decorated for Easter. Our room was very clean and the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a plus. Definitely recommend it. ”

“Room was okay. The water pressure in the toilet was awful though. Sometimes it took 2 flushes just to get toilet paper down. We were still in our room when housekeeping wanted to come in the morning so garbage and towels werent done. My husband went to the front desk to ask for some new towels later in the evening and he said the lady seemed annoyed that he asked. The housekeeper who brought them was friendly though. Breakfast was also okay. They did keep everything stocked. I would've liked to...

“The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word...
