“La camera era abbastanza piccola rispetto alle foto. La colazione nella media. Il parcheggio un furto autorizzato (14 sterline) per una notte. Ingannevole la dicitura parcheggio del service al momento della prenotazione . Caro come hotel per essere così vicino all aeroporto. ..comunque pulito. ”

“Our over all experience were amazing. The staff were all lovely and accomodating. The food were delicious and the place was great as it was situated in the centre where you stroll around and it safe as well.”

“This place is quaint but not super welcoming. The cottage was cute but not the comfiest beds. We didn’t get a code to check in and didn’t realise the reception would be unmanned. The continental breakfast was a bit odd - self service without clear instructions. Wasn’t all put out at 8am and then a girl came and brought some more things. Had to make our own coffee. ”

“We had a comfortable stay at Upper House and slept well. Breakfast was enjoyable, and we also had dinner during our visit, the food was lovely and a real highlight. However, the room cleanliness was fairly basic and could be improved. The staff were polite but didn’t come across as particularly warm or welcoming. “Room was basic, shower water pressure very low, lighting in room not great, Breakfast - staff were doing a great job but were rushed off there feet, very busy and could not cope with demand on some food items like croissants, fruit, hash browns, sausages etc.. Also guest seemed to taking food and not eating it - wasting, and some did not care about leaving the place tidy - absolutely clueless people ”

“Le camere sono grandi, spaziose e ben tenute, il personale è davvero molto cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo il ristorante. Trovandosi giusto dietro l'aeroporto, è perfetto per chi ha un volo molto presto oppure una coincidenza il giorno successivo. Di fronte alla struttura è disponibile un grande parcheggio. Unico neo: la navetta per l'aeroporto è disponibile sino a metà mattina ed in tarda serata, poi bisogna necessariamente prendere un taxi ma il costo della corsa è di sole 6,00 £.”

“Avevo prenotaro inizialmente una camera matrimoniale standard e poi ho modificato la prenotazione in premium. Se la camera a me dedicata è ritenuta "premium" non oso immaginare le standard. In realtà alcuna Premium mi è stata data.. pensano di essere furbi”
