“The room was pretty clean except for the bathroom. The tub was filthy and I did not feel comfortable taking a shower. I called when I left since the office was closed and was told that my bill would be adjusted. But it never was. I took photos and tried to paste here, but it wouldn’t let me. Not sure if I will book next time I come through.”

“Had an excellent stay at Willits Best Western Inn during May long weekend. Service and staff behavior was beyond expectations. We left our Apple EarPods at the hotel and the reception staff was very helpful in ensuring the EarPods were kept safe and returned to us the next week. Breakfast was simple but good and rooms were very clean.”

“We stayed here for a stop on our 2 week California Coast road trip. It was our favorite stay of the trip. Clean, updated, comfortable. Beautiful setting! The hotel host Alyssa was friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcome! Breakfast was nice with fresh bakery goods, fruit, oatmeal, granola, etc. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend!”

“I loved that we got to have an ocean view! It’s a must if you’re booking here- and the ocean is a short walk out the door. It was so nice to have the slider open to listen to the waves. Surf and Sand is right on the main road, and also a paved walkway between the property and ocean (with vegetation to walk through). The paved walkway is a great way to walk as well as the pathways in the vegetation along the ocean. Fort Bragg was a great place to stop for a couple of days bc of the location,...
