"Absolutely terrible experience. The room was dirty and had bugs. The staff refused to take responsibility, ignored our concerns, and wouldn’t even consider a refund when we wanted to leave because of the hotel’s condition. Customer service was awful. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.it ..."
