“Our room was across the hall from a meeting room. A breakfast buffet was set up 5 feet from our hotel room door with people going through the line filling their plates at 7:30 in the morning. It woke us up long before we needed to be up to check out. Also the balcony in our room is so dark that we couldn’t read or eat at the table provided . The staff were all very helpful and friendly. ”

“I think it’s very important that you let the Public know when they stay with you that if they want a bottle of water that is 12 ounces in their room that water will cost over $11.00. It’s one thing to charge for beverage. It’s another thing to gouge your members and hotel guests. Turn down service used to be normal for a hotel of this class. I was sorry to see that go away.”
