“The staff was great. It’s always nice to feel like you’re important. From the moment I walked into the hotel that’s how they made feel. We had dinner on the rooftop. And the service there was also great. The one downside though was the dessert’s. Great dinner but the dessert options were a little lacking. ”

“Staying at Fairfield Inn, Raleigh Crabtree, was great! Our room was clean and so nice to get in to. Clean towels with no bleach scent as we've experienced in other hotels. The complimentary breakfast was great and fresh. All the staff we talked with were friendly. It was probably the best stay in a hotel we have enjoyed in many years, and the price was below what we found at most of the hotels I checked online when looking for a room in Raleigh. As the stars say, Excellent!!!”

“We had a really hard time finding somewhere to park, we ended up having to leave the car on the road leading to the hotel, but everything else was great. The staff was very nice. ”

“Shout out to Lily and Be at the front desk. My husband is in a wheelchait and they both came to with him and luggage. While i parked, spose received cup of fresh coffee and good company. They are both a testament to good customer relations and extraordinary women! Room was spotless. The only complaint was for a person in a wheelchair to be put on the 6th floor. If there is a fire,you cant get out. Thank you”
