“Great location. Staff was great. Great breakfast.”

“We got bed bugs and I believe it was from here , husband and Son all got the bites on us. The hotel before that we stayed in, our son was not there. So that narrowed it down to this place or the next hurt we went to. Place looked clean overall. Staff nice. Bathtub would not drain. You had to stand in water to shower.”

“After checking in and entering the room We decided to not stay in such an old and very poorly maintained property. Shame on expedia listing these type of properties. At least place a HIGHLIGHT NOTE (like Amazon does) for us the customers to see no matter what (I was in a rush) the type of stay that you are offering! Highly disappointed customer Luis”

“The building was very old and has a weird smell in the room. Bathroom did not have a fan. Front desk employees were rude when answering questions.”

“We had a great stay. I enjoyed the view to the stadiums. The breakfast was great. It was clean. The staff was exceptional! Breakfast manger and front desk were amazing. I will definitely come back to stay during a Chief game! Only issue the 6 floor has no ice maker and it’s warm in the hallway. Other than that hiccup everything was fine.”

“They failed to have my reservation for two queen beds and accessibly. They eventually supplied a king bed with a sofa bed and accessible. My son is handicap and had to sleep on the sofa bed. King room was the same price as the queen room. There is no access to the interstate when you leave. We had to back track five (5) miles to get access. Will never stay here again. This hotel is also attached to a casino which caused more problems.”

“It was okay but This property is very outdated. The furniture was very worn, the mattress was in poor condition. Foam was gaping out of the bottom and it had a few stains on the box springs. I do extensive checks for bed bugs so that’s how I noticed these things. There were no bed bugs or any bugs of any type. Pillows were flat but overall bed was comfortable and sheets appeared & smelled clean. Room & entire property smelled clean and our room was tidy but carpet had stains and doors were dirty...

“Made a reservation through Expedia, and because we had a late arrival (3am) they canceled our reservation without notice. Once we got to the hotel they told us that they canceled because we didn’t pay online since we chose the pay at property option and they had high demand and they were booked out. After discussing they gave us the option to get a room (now they had availability) but for double the price. Scammers”

“The grass was high, nothing was trimmed or mowed. It looked like an empty motel. The bathroom shower was dirty and had a drain that wouldn’t close. It was clearly broken. There is dust and grime on almost everything. The breakfast was pretty good. Hard to mess up a buffet of waffles and cereal and bagels. So, at least it still has one thing going for it.
