“We booked a last minute break as the weather was expected to be great and this little hotel and pub turned out to be every bit as good as the weather. The room was quite compact but equally very comfortable, and had the benefit of a balcony over looking the estuary and boat yard. “I liked the convenience of where it was and where I wanted to be. The size of the bed was very spacious and comfortable. The room was very dated and had wallpaper hanging off the wall, the bathroom sink surface was all chipped off and made it look scruffy. There were a number of moths in the room too.”

“While close to town center getting there requires a walk up a very steep hill--not suitable for old people. The hotel was helpful in terminating our stay after one day. A well placed hotel for younger people requiring a basic hotel. Breafast was good. Evening menu should be avoided.”
