River view was not jaw-dropping, however just fine for relaxed pastime on the deck. The manager says that they clean bird droppings on the deck regularly, but the birds keep coming back. “We were offered an upgrade in the room upon our arrival. The room was large, clean, and filled with beautiful antiques and several windows. The staff was responsive to any needs that we had. I must give kudos for the included breakfast. The vanilla Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and the house-made chocolate espresso granola made me feel like I was having a healthy dessert for breakfast.”
