One of the staff, Xavier, was especially helpful in terms of my husband's special needs(he uses a wheelchair) and gave us two little bottles of wine for my birthday. We will definitely stay there again if in Ann Arbor.”

“Except the convenience of the accessibility to the terminal, there are nothing to say good about this hotel specially for it's price. It's just a normal westin. However if you have a flight any other airlines except Delta, you should take a shuttle for the north terminal and the bus stop is right outside of the hotel but it takes a long way. It took almost 30 min. for us from the room to the UA check-in counter.”
