“Laura is the best, always prepares for my arrival and looks after me even when I have forgotten items after check-out. It’s a comfortable home away from home for me when travelling for work. ”

“The room was not properly cleaned and, in all likelihood, had not been for some time. Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response.”

“The location was great! The view and the ambience made the stay worth it. However, I'd say he cabin needs a good pest treatment. While spiders and bugs are acceptable in the hinterlands, we've seen cockroaches of various sizes.”

“There is no staff on location, so if anything goes wrong, you get a sorry via text. The main phone number is disconnected. You can't actually reply to the text that they send you the information from. Personally I'd give it a wide birth.”

“We had the pleasure of staying in villa #1. The space was perfect for our needs and the outlook was peaceful and relaxing. Bangalow township is less than a 5 minute drive or a leisurely walk of 20 minutes.”

The cabin was clean, stylish, and very comfortable with great amenities, perfect to unwind after a busy day. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful, which made the experience even better. “Fully renovated rooms above the bar and bistro in the centre of town. Parking at rear could be a problem but we snared the last spot at the time on arrival. Staff were most helpful and changed our allicated riom to the rear and not above the bar. Most appreciated. Good use of space in rooms with kitchenette facilities including stovetop hotplates but no utensils for their use. Good ensuite space. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great bar and bistro downstairs for an easy relaxing evening.”

“Well-appointed, comfortable cabin in a lovely setting. Interior is spacious with kitchen area separated from living area and bedroom. Bathroom is a bit cramped with cabinet overshadowing the sink. Furnishings are in excellent condition and comfortable. Interesting art work on the walls. ”

“It is a beautiful location. Stunning pool and surrounds - unfortunately the condition of the timber walkways is a real concern. Crystalbrook Byron has to spend a lot of time and money to replace and make good these walkways, to lift their profile and compete in this retreat space.”

“We loved our stay at the tiny house! it was clean and cosey, I thought it was a lovely welcoming touch to have the radio on as we entered the house. Because of the bad weather (always happens to us, when we go away it rains) we were glad of the covered deck outside. We had a cheeky possum visit on the Friday night, we loved that, the lush rain forest foliage made us think we were alone and couldn't really see neighbours.
