“The room was quite spacious and a perfect size for two people. However, the customer service was a bit of a letdown. We were in town for a wedding and found that the ironing board in our room was broken; despite calling and requesting a replacement, no one ever followed up. I also noticed that the staff seemed frequently distracted by their cellphones. Even when returning late at night, the front desk attendant didn't acknowledge us, which felt a bit off from a safety perspective. While the...

“This is always our go to hotel for when we visit my family. However this time there were a few issues with cleanliness. There were makeup stains on our sheets and dead flies in the window. We will stay here again but hope to see an improvement in those areas ”
