“Room was dirty, I asked housekeeping for 2 days and they didn't provide any service ”

“Turned the tap on in the w.c. sink and instead of draining away dirty water came up through the drain and would not drain away. Room was facing the road which was very busy continuously as the hotel was on the rout to Woburn Safari Park”

“I’m not sure where to start with this. The hotel had a “reggae festival” on which wasn’t stated when booking the stay. Which means the car park (which is one of the perks of the hotel. Was inaccessible even to guests. The staff were too busy with this “festival” meaning the woman that was on the desk doesn’t usually work the desk so didn’t know what she was doing. We got to our room to find the bathroom was dirty (specifically the bath itself and it had a long dark hair in it to go with the...

“The bedrooms were newly refurbished, they were extremely clean and comfortable Great location too.”

“This is an excellent hotel. Clean rooms friendly staff and close to all local attractions. This was the 2nd time this year I have been and will return October can’t wait 5*****”
