“The property is old. It needs to be remodeled in my room smelled like cigarettes. I had to open the window to air it out. Also, I seen a roach in the bathroom.”

“The room was missing ALL of the amenities, no clean towels, room smelled like mildew and mold! The hotel is named as the Halsted Inn but described on here as the comfort inn!!”

“Ok stay. High traffic area around hotel. Power went out for a lil bit over night and came back on. There is a lot of in and out activity at location by other guest.”

“They have pictures that is not the rooms. So I was very disappointed that I thought I was getting a room with. I'm sexually cheering it and no. She said that that's actually just a basic king size room signature room. So I don't understand if you notice.Why not fix it?Because that disappoints the customers”

“OK, so this is a Days Inn and not the Ritz, so review is normalized to expectations. Why this property: needed a place to stay overnight passing through Chicago. The places downtown charge more for parking overnight than this place does for the room, so staying ~5-10 miles outside downtown didn't seem like a bad idea. If circumstances were different, I would not choose this place. However, this place fell a bit short of what I expected from Days Inn, hence 2 stars. Drive in. The property...

“This was byfar my worst experience with todging. The rooms were not clean nor kept up to par (cracks in the floor and the bathroom). It was dirty and there were roaches in the room. The refrigerator didnt function property nether did the remote. ”

“Unique space, minor upgrades would help, better house keeping but otherwise it was a great stay”
