“Everything was great, with bare floors in the rooms I would recommend steam cleaning the floors periodically. It’s easy to do if you put all the rooms on a rotation where a few are getting done each week it’s not a burden. Floor mops just tend to move it around where a steamer will clean nicely. ”

“The rooms were not sound proof enough. A family was sitting outside & loud past midnight and you could hear it in my room even with the a/c on. Then you could hear everything going on in the hall- kids were running around, adults were loud. We did have to ask for the heat to be turned on for the “heated pool”. It takes a long time to heat up. ”

“Everything was extremely clean, the pool and the hot tub were attended to daily and clear and clean. The staff was phenomenal, extremely kind and helpful. “I did not like that they charged $75 dollars extra when I never used room service, housekeeping, did not use the coffee and I ran out of lotion. Like someone added an extra 75 dollars because they had access to it.”

“Very clean and new. my only suggestion is that a safety bar be installed in the shower/tub insert, i am fairly young and healthy and getting into the tub was high and once inside the floor was slippery and there is nothing to hold onto ”
