“I was charged an extra $3.87 above the price on the expida app. I'm not sure why. The check in staff was not very welcoming. I have no incentive to use Savana Inn and Suites again.”

“Hot tub was warm enough but jets weren't working. Gym was shut down and when I went to my room, two people were in it!”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield in Dixon. my family and I really enjoyed our time there. The pool was a big hit, the breakfast was great each morning, and the staff went above and beyond by giving us a sweet Easter basket, which was such a kind and thoughtful touch. That gesture really made our stay feel extra special. Everyone was welcoming, and the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. We’d gladly stay again.”

“Rooms have an older look to them, but well kept. I’d say my only criticism of the room was the showerheads in the bathroom. Definitely seen years of the hard water, suggest getting some new ones, nothin’ fancy. They were still functional nonetheless.”

“When we arrived to our room at 5:30pm, 2 1/2 hours after the time we could check in, the bed was not made, there were dirty towels and wash cloths in the tub. Went to front desk since the phone wasn’t working to call guest services. Told clerk the issues, she said they were full so couldn’t change room, but would contact the owner to see what he could do.
