“Close to everything!”

“I have stayed at about every hotel i can think of and i am not a person whom typically writes a review, however, this one was warranted! Wvery part of our stay was too notch from check in to the clean rooms , comfortable beds, spaciousness, actually a microwave AND a decent size fridge in the room. The breakfast and the staff serving absolutely the most hospitable. My son who isnt a small boy went back for yet more breakfast and i was expecting a funny look. “We were very pleased with our stay. Friendly staff, the gentleman that was in charge did a great job. Rooms were very clean. ”

“Our sink didn’t drain and the air conditioner was so dirty my son woke up with really bad sinus infection congestion we told the manager of room cleaning and he said he would take care of it and he didn’t so the clerk came and wiped it out which didn’t clean it so next morning I woke up with really bad congestion. When they made my bed they didn’t even pull up the sheet under bed spread very poor house keepers. I wish I could put the pictures I took of air conditioner”

“Pillows were very lumpy; bath towels were very thin; toilet paper was like paper towels, the shower gel in the shower was empty . Breakfast was not great - yogurt came from a machine , all the yogurt toppings were empty, there was no coffee where the cups were so you had to go to another area. We stay in many hotels in BG due to having kids who are students at BGSU; by far this was the most expensive and the one that we liked least . We would not stay again ”

“The room was lovely and comfortable, but no kleenex tissues. However the breakfast was a big dissappointment. You advertise full breakfast - not according to my liking. the sign in the breakfast area says continental breakfast which that is what it was. will not return to this motel. ”

“This is our favorite place to stay. Beats the others hands down. No comparison. Great food, great breakfast. Nicest rooms ever. Worth every penny.”

“Nice clean room, newly reburbished, and a friendly and helpful check-in person. But check-in took over 30 minutes. The hotel had the reservation, but had not received the payment I made. The problem was supposedly caused by a payment service in Dubai. The clerk told us it was the second time this week that this had happened. In fairness, let me add that I only made the reservation 3 hours before arriving. But a good computer system should have been able to handle that.”

“this hotel is always wonderful to stay at. no real amenities to speak of but there is a meijer directly across the street. something was being built the last i was there but i am unsure what it was going to be will for sure being staying here again. I stay a couple times a year in this exact location.”

“Good property. A little noisy so not totally sound-proof. The apartment sized room with kitchenette and king bed was decent. The baseboard heater was loud though. Despite this, I would recommend.”

“Drain in tub didn’t work good. Weird smell in elevator, housekeeping has most rooms open all day just odd place. ”

“The smoke detectors were hanging from the ceiling and maybe didn’t work, the toliet was loose and when you sat on it it sifted, the peep hole was blocked with toliet paper because it was broken, the water for a shower was lukewarm and didn’t get hot, the TV wasn’t working properly and we had to work for a while to get it to work and the manger was not at the desk when I went to complain and the phone in the room was broken. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!”
