“The hotel was beautiful & exceptional. Front desk staff was excellent. BUT when we went to eat breakfast, there was a female staff member with all gray hair in her 50’s and she was EXTREMELY RUDE, i asked her a question and she didn’t bother replying she had an angry face and only gestured for me to give her my plate. “For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”
