“The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology.”

“Out stay was only one night, but we were very impressed about the staff, especially the front desk, lady. She was very very awesome. We were a little concerned about the area cause we’re not from the area and it seemed a little sketchy for us, but we were reassured that the parking lot was safe and had cameras and that police officers patrol the area which made us feel a lot better. The hotel was super pretty super clean. Breakfast was super yummy. Our room was amazing. Would definitely book...

“The pool and hot tub looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in forever. Hair kept getting on us. Bandaids and garbage on floors. No pool towels for hours. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We had dried blood on our ceiling and the smoke detector was covered by a plastic garbage bag. Mysterious stains dripping down walls in entryway of room.”
