“Check in we rough—we arrived to Rochester around 1:45 AM and the gentleman checking us in wanted to get the Door App working instead of just giving us key card. I explained I had downloaded the App but that it gave me no login instructions after about 20 minutes of going back and forth and me just asking him repeatedly for a different option he said he figured out the problem and that the property itself never “invited” me to use the app. What a pain! The property was clean and convenient but...

“They do allow you to have pets on the premises; however, you are not allowed to leave them in the room. This makes it very difficult when you visit a resort town when you want to go somewhere where you can't bring a pet into the building. It is not safe to leave your pet in the car due to the heat.”
