“Our first stay at this location. The staff interaction was excellent. David was very professional and assisted us with great customer service. We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. “The place looked clean and new, but there were questions at each turn. Furniture with deep scars, missing edges. Toilet seats looking worse for wear. Stains on the curtains. The robust smell of carpet fresh in the room (what was it covering up?). Tin/shower combo was extremely slippery and I had to be very careful while using (no safety bars). Breakfast was decent. Based on all I experienced - can't recommend.0”
