“Olga at the front desk was sassy but not friendly and couldn’t seem to find my reservation. She made me find the booking number before she would check me in and couldn’t seem to figure out that I wanted to stay two nights because I made the booking for the second night later. If I hadn’t prepaid I would have walked out. Oh but then Olga suddenly found my prepaid bookings. I would say grossly incompetent and the hotel manager was not there until the next morning. “NO HOT WATER FOR TWO NIGHTS!! Manager was to contact me after I checked out. It is 5:00 pm and I still have heard nothing from management!!!”

“This property had literally been shut down a few hours before we arrived for a "building code violation". They apparently fired the staff and posted a note - didn't contact anyone or anything. ”

“The vocation of the property was excellent for accessing the Clinics at Mayo. It was really nice to have an on-site restaurant. However, the property is very dated. The window, Air Conditioner roared. The bed sagged dramatically on one side. There were limited electrical outlets and charging stations. The room interior was very dark. We did enjoy a nice breakfast buffet.”
