“Excellent place to stay”

“Airport shuttle. My flight was too early to have breakfast. Only $5 to park car.”

“Our first room we were put in had a flooded bathroom. The front desk employee was helpful and got us into a new room promptly. The next morning the toilet would not flush in our room. My husband went to front desk to inform of this and was told there is a guest with a plugged toilet causing the plumbing issues and will not let them in so there is nothing they can do. My husband had to go to a gas station to use the bathroom. We will not be staying here again. Just so everyone knows hot tub is...

“Very nice Hotel!”

“We were only at the property for one night, but clean and comfortable. They had a nice hot breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon that was very good. This was our first time meeting in the pub area near the front desk, and there was a nice group of other parents who had children graduating from college. We enjoyed the company of the others, and the woman that served everyone had a great personality. It was an enjoyable experience.”

“Overall, the room was clean which I very much appreciate. However, I don't think they bleach the linens or towels. There were visible stains on them and they looked dingy. Breakfast was the bare minimum. A good place for a brief stay where your main goal is a bed and a shower. I have stayed here before and it is likely I will stay again.”

“We stay here a lot for appointments at mayo and they are always friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. This is the only hotel we stay at when we come in.”

“My overall impression was just “meh”. There was no one monitoring the front desk. Finally saw a tiny sign that said to call 0 for help. So I did from the landline on the desk. After ringing for quite a while a man came from the back dressed like a mechanic. He had on a company shirt, but didn’t look professional and didn’t act particularly professional. No greeting. Hardly any engagement. The whole hotel desperately needs to be updated. The dishwasher was running loudly when we got to our room...

“Very clean facility. Had everything we needed.”

“The hotel rooms had clean bedding and towels, but unfortunately the floors and tubs were very dirty. There was noticeable dust and wrappers under the front of the bed, along with pink mold on the shower walls. It was also not clearly stated anywhere that housekeeping was only provided upon special request. Because of that, I had to repeatedly go to the front desk to get fresh towels, coffee supplies, and have the trash emptied”

“Room Clean, Staff pleasant, Price was nice. Breakfast: not so good. Food cold, microwave was filthy, biskets burnt, Sausage gravy was small amount in a cold dish not heated. Dog turds in hallway. That used to be my favorite.”
