“You can't get anymore convenient to the Mayo Clinic than this hotel. A five minute walk and you are there. The staff was incredible! Just the nicest and most accommodating as they could possibly be. The room we got was spaciest. Some of the bathroom fixtures could use an update but all work fine.”

“Extremely slow & impersonal front desk. Messed up our keys & had to spend 10 minutes getting it resolved. Very competent & kind breakfast server & decent breakfast options. Parking, shuttle & location all good.”

“My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either.”
