“Nice clean hotel in quiet area”

“We all had fun in the pool and the hot tub Breakfast was good wasnt packed in there could actually sit in there and eat or go outside and eat at the pinic table. Staff was great”

“The room is dimly lit. Wwhen your eyesight isn’t great low lighting is hard to see in. Hard to see in the bathroom or in the entryway. Consider using brighter bulbs. ”

“I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!”

“I had to travel to The Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, for a week.and was given the name of the hotel as one choice close to the clinics I had to visit by the concierge service. It is connected via indoor skyway to the main outpatient Mayo campus, including the Gonda building. The parking was very easy with direct acess to the hotel at the skyway level in the parking garage. The hotel is modern, central to downtown, and has a fantastic, upscale onsite restaurant called Crave. Check-in was...

“Everything was good here”

“The hotel itself had all the amenities. The room tv stand that had the microwave and fridge the doors did not close properly. It was difficult to get to the fridge as the tv stand door kept closing in on it. The closet door had stains on it as well and the light pole had not been wiped down. The staff was wonderful and parking was easy!”
