“When three businessmen travel hours to come into town, they expect to be able to check in at the appropriate time. When they arrived, they were informed that the house was not cleaned and will not be able to get in until 4:30. They were also informed to take their shoes upon entering the house when they did check in. Once they walked on the sticky floors, they immediately put their shoes back on. Really property manager or owner???? Will never book this again.”
