“スタッフの方々は皆さん感じが良く、説明も丁寧だった。部屋の設備は決して新しくはないものの、とても清潔で快適に使えた。特にトイレが綺麗だった。何より河口湖のすぐ傍にあり、富士山がよく見えて最高だった。しかも周囲は静かな雰囲気で、非常に心地よく過ごすことができた。”

“まずプライベート空間がしっかり確保されていて、家族３人の時間を満喫することができました。スタッフの方々の対応も迅速かつ丁寧で、安心して過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。お肉は量が多くて食べきれないかもって思いましたが、とても美味しくて平らげました。残念だったのが、ミネストローネは味が薄くて残してしまいました。もう少し煮詰めれば良かったのかもしれません。サウナと温泉ももちろん良かったですが、特に焚き火が楽しかったです。スペースも広く、のんびりと寛ぐ事ができました。雨も降り雷も光りましたが、テントからみるその景色は自然を感じることが出来ました。綺麗な富士山を眺めながら、贅沢な滞在時間を過ごす事が出来ました。”

“予約時に宿泊人数の食い違いがありましたが、施設はとても綺麗でキッチン用品もほぼ揃っているのでとても過ごしやすかったです。子供達も大喜びでした。駐車場は確かにわかりずらいので、サイトの動画で確認してから行くのをおすすめします。また、機会があれば利用したいです。”

“Thank you to Mr. Ogawa that help us alot during the stay. We received the best service we ever had In this trip to Japan. The villa is super cosy and clean. Superb bathtub and toilet. Overall really worth to stay in FJ Resort!!”

“The best place for family/ friends’ staycation! Lovely owners make your trip so special. All the facility is well maintained with cute decors and very clean, everything is equipped. What you should bring is only food and drinks. It is located right next to the beautiful shrine which is Unesco world heritage, and having amazing view of Mt.Fuji from the terrace. We stayed with 2 toddlers and 4 adults but space was more than enough, all of us was really happy to stay in this beautiful property...

“The hotel was very comfortable and clean, and the hosts were very friendly and polite. They accommodated our every need. There was a wonderful balcony and small garden, where we could enjoy Mount Fuji and relax while enjoying a cup of coffee. The room also had a separate washing machine with dryer, which saved us the trouble of having to go elsewhere for laundry. "One off the most breath-taking hotel a i’ve ever been. On Ashinoko’s Lake shores, this hotel has three restaurantes, two onsen bath ( outside inside ). Personal way very nice and kind, they took our luggage since se approva bestie the hotel and they even brought them to our room. Only one thing, there’s nothing outside the hotel and everything closes by 17pm ( even transport )."
