“I must say that this establishment did not go far and beyond when it came to maintenance or cleanliness. Upon arrival and we were 3 hours delayed. We got to our room and it was less than clean. Tons of garbage, empty bottle and someone’s used soap, loofah, and unmentionables were left hanging on the bathroom doors. The outlets were so old the chargers kept falling out of them. “Although the hotel was beautiful, the only issue I had was when I booked it. I didn’t realize there were two resorts, Kadani and Jambo. I attempted to surprise my daughter and my grandchildren but when I booked it, I was not given the option of the two hotels and my daughter was staying at Jambo. If I knew there were two resorts I would’ve booked Jambo otherwise the hotel is really beautiful.”
