“Camera pulita e confortevole. Letti molto comodi Posizione ottima per visitare Manhattan, accanto alla stazione centrale. Purtroppo non ci hanno informati sul fatto che al piano 16 si poteva fare una colazione gratuita. Lo abbiamo scoperto da soli solo la terza mattina. Fuori dal hotel la sera si trovano spesso barboni e tossici che comunque ci sono in tutta la città. Esperienza nel complesso positiva e da consigliare.”

“Violet, the receptionist at check-in gave me a beautiful view and was very kind. The cleaners did a good job. The hotel is excellently placed,clean and peaceful, at least my side (I was in room 2506). The receptionist at chec-out,Klea, was also very helpful. Excellent staff.”

“Not only was the room still not ready after 5 but Vicctorjia was unhelpful. She was to busy checking in other people and kept telling us they were checking on our room. We told her we had plans but it was none of her concern. When we said we wanted a manager all of a sudden our room was ready. The room was ok except for the squeaky bathroom door ( that was loud enough to wake the other person in the room). When we fell asleep the fire alarm went off with no instructions. I would never stay...
