“The room could have been cleaner, we found hair in the bed, and the floors wasn’t that clean, however the staff was absolutely amazing! And super friendly which made us look over a room that wasn’t 110% clean.”

“There was no parking in the hotel parking lot. Had to park in Casino lot a walk a very long way. This was especially difficult when you are handicapped. The room was ok once we got to it. The front desk was not very friendly. Maybe she was just having a bad day. When we asked where to park she said the lot was full and we should park on the street. Still a long walk if we had done that. We parked in the Casino garage but had we know there was a garage across the street and a elevator to the...

“Asked for a handicap room on round level, got a regular room on the 3rd floor (elevator was inoperable). Front desk lady made it right. Overall, pretty shoddy and we will nor be returning.”

“My overall experience was very positive. The accommodations were clean, well-kept, and in excellent condition. The staff provided exceptional customer service and were consistently friendly and professional. Although parking availability was somewhat limited, it remained manageable. The amenities were satisfactory, and the pool area was well-maintained. I would consider staying here again.”

“Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. ”

“Hotel was good for an overnight stay while traveling. Rooms on first and second floors open to the outside. The door to the room I was in did not seal/fit tightly - so a small amount of light from the outside came on under the door and around the edge. Room was a good size. Humid in the room/bed until the air conditioning regulated the temperature in the room. However it was really hot outside that day before I arrived.”

“We stayed here for Miami graduation. It was a little bit of a drive but the hotel was clean and comfortable: they had a great breakfast buffet and the rooms were clean. There are a couple of restaurants by the hotel and you drive country roads to get to the hotel. The room was not straightened up while we were out but that is ok.”

“The experience at this hotel was terrible. In the middle of the night, someone was kicking the doors and screaming, and there were police at the doors. The assistant was virtual, there was no staff member available to do the check-in. The only person I actually saw had a friendly smile, but I never saw them again.
