“Very clean. When we arrived the room was ready. The room was nice and they had the room cool and comfortable. Crackers Barrel was directly across the street and could have walked over. Wendy’s to the right of the hotel so you could walk there as well. Would recommend it if you are going to be in Prattville!”

“The property was quiet - we could only hear a little noise from the street. The air conditioning was great! We did not use the breakfast - so I can't comment on it.”

“I really loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. They were understanding and kind when I had an issue at checkout time. Then property was well maintained. Whatever I needed from housekeeping was provided. They have a cute outdoor area, where you can bbq or just sit outside, next to the pool, which is open. Breakfast was lovely. “There was poop in our room under the bed. I wish I was joking but unfortunately true. We have pictures. Also the sheet that covered the box spring was covered with crumbs and dead bugs. We did get a new room but when checked there was a makeup bag under the bed. The cleaning staff was rude rolling their eyes and saying the rooms weren’t that bad. “Great front desk personnel. Very clean facilities. Pool was sparking clean. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because chair in room had a vinyl pad that was ripped in half and was very nasty. All else was great and we will certainly stay here again. Good breakfast.”

“My family and I stayed from June 10th through June 14th. Unfortunately, the bathroom appeared to be in need of remodeling, and the rooms were only cleaned every other day. In addition, the carpet had a noticeable mildew odor, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.”

“I found it ridiculous that it took an hour to check in when I had already booked and paid online, yet when we arrived the staff was on the phone and never acknowledged us for over 20 minutes. Another staff member came into work and took over and we finally got checked in. I rented 3 rooms and the room my mother was in had not been mopped as there were spots all over the floor and there was food in the microwave on a plate from a fast food establishment. “Good location. It did take a while to check in since nobody was at the counter. Room was fine other than the toilet handle was broken. There was also a smell in the hallway near the elevator that wasn't too pleasant.”

“The online pictures look very nice, and they do look like the pictures but once inside the room it is nasty feeling, looks like they haven’t been properly maintained for years. You can tell they are used as weekly and/or monthly rentals. Disappointing and deceiving !!!!”
