“It was a short visit. My husband and I have an occasional Date night. We always make a point to stay here. Receptionist was very kind .”

“Clean comfortable bed. Quiet room. Good lighting. Bright or dim. Good TV. Lavazzo coffee. Nice gathering area in lobby. Many cubicles with desk and chargers. Well light parking. Rooms well maintained.”

“It is a nice place to stay. The hair dryer did not work and I let the front desk know. Within a few minutes, housekeeping brought me a new one. Breakfast was good, and provided us with what we needed to start our day.”

“Pool was closed which I was looking forward too. The toliet seat in my room was chipping and looked dirty. The bed was super hard and not comfortable at all as well as the pillows were very flat. Nice hotel but could definitely be better. The location was also difficult to find at first as it’s hidden behind other businesses.”

“Absolutely fabulous greeting staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. From the night manager to the cleaning staff. I will always stay here when I come to Dallas. I forgot how kind and friendly people can be. My grand daughter passed away, and this trip was not going to be a good one. This staff was just so kind and helpful. Helped make a bad situation actually comfortable. Please thank them.”

“I booked 2 rooms because my mom had to have surgery.. the hospital called the last minute and canceled the surgery. The hotel management would not agree to refund. Under the circumstances I would think they had a enough empathy & compassion not to charge us. That's over $300 that i can't get back..”

“My kids loved the pool— we basically had it to ourselves! Breakfast was good and room was clean. I accidentally left my phone battery pack at checkout, I was notified and was able to pick it up prior to leaving town—thankful for the housekeeping staff!”
