“Their hot tub was broken when we went and I booked it specifically for my son to be able to recover after basketball games in their hot tub. The pool was also not the cleanest. But the rooms were very clean and the staff was kind! Breakfast was decent and I like that the hotel was close to so many things.”

“Breakfast was a 3/10 the coffee was good the options were minimal and not enough. The amenities 3/10 the pool is only big enough for a family at a time Location was great 10/10 The elevator stopped working while I was on it with other guests the emergency button didn’t work and no one answered and then it was out of order for a couple of hours and only one of 2 worked, then the fire alarm went off and staff was unorganized and seemed like they didn’t know what to do and were not able to guide...

“When walking into room, we noticed how dirty the bathroom floor was. It looked a bm had been tracked throughout the bath and entry. The carpet need to be vacuumed. The bedding didnt look clean. The bathtub was not clean. Staff moved us to another room. However,that room smelled like sewage. At 71 i need lots of light. With bedside lights it was not near enough. I wont stay there again.”

“This is the only hotel,as far as I know, provides supper time snack, which is always convenient not to have to go out looking for something to eat around the hotel.”
