“Staff was careless and when I reported the room was not clean I was told some one would go up and clean I stayed 3 days and nothing happened. The sink was clogged up for almost the entire time I was there. It was terrible”

“Pool was closed which I was looking forward too. The toliet seat in my room was chipping and looked dirty. The bed was super hard and not comfortable at all as well as the pillows were very flat. Nice hotel but could definitely be better. The location was also difficult to find at first as it’s hidden behind other businesses.”

“condition of the place terrible, dirty sheets and bad smell in room, blood in doors, and sheets with cigarette marks on sheets, and staff was terribly unkind, i had 2 rooms reserved and she gave me rooms separated in opposite side of the buildings, worst experience that I can remember.”

“I booked 2 rooms because my mom had to have surgery.. the hospital called the last minute and canceled the surgery. The hotel management would not agree to refund. Under the circumstances I would think they had a enough empathy & compassion not to charge us. That's over $300 that i can't get back..”

“If I could give a -1 rating I would. This property and rooms were the worst I have ever experienced. Mold and filth in the shower. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors not working and hanging off the walls. The man at the desk was rude and most unhelpful. The pool area was trashed and filthy. The ADA lift was broken. The elevator was out of order. I am actually contacting the Health Department. Do not stay here!”

“I like that it was away from the highway, so vehicle noise was low. Has a nice maintained outside area to walk and walk your dogs. Our room was neat and clean. We used the washer and dryer very convenient and clean. My con was the noisy a/c, but I can put up with it, cause it sure did cool well. All in all everything was wonderful and people are friendly. Thank you staff and management.”

Went to check in and waited an hr because rooms weren't clean. in my booking I requested a first or second story case of emergency since am in a knee brace I would not be able to take the stairs. A gentleman said he would take care of it and then a woman called me to check whom heard me tell the gentleman and told me I was on the 4th floor. I get in the room with my family for all to shower and we had 2 full sets of towels. My husband went down and was told they had none...

“I was so worried about where to stay. I was debating between holiday inn and suites or Cambria. Ultimately we chose Cambria. The bedroom was clean. Sheets felt fresh. The Air conditioner works flawlessly, perfect for summer. The shower was clean and the staff were friendly. Everything seemed well maintained. We stayed on the 4th floor. Overall when I come back to Dallas this is where I will be staying. Also, The area it’s located is so cute. Lots of restaurants in driving distance....

“Right off I 30. Did use the amenities. That is why a lower score. We were there 12 days. Kept the room clean for us. Had to add a day. No problem. Did not have to leave the room. Just paperwork,”
