“Very basic, but was comfortable enough for our one night stay”

“Rooms was not clean and they did not clean them once while we was there. There was 2 bath towels in room upon arrival. I told staff 4 of us so we need 2 more towels they wouldnt give them to us”

Cleanliness and maintenance are basic expectations, especially for a brand that promotes consistency and quality. The bathroom door was visibly dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall sanitation of the room. “Minimal breakfast with a few slices of bread displayed. Pool was absolutely gross! Differed maintenance all over the place. You name it, it’s needed! Surprised Wyndham would put their name on this place. A real dive in my book!”

“The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...

“Nice location, lots restaurants in walking distance ”

“Room bathroom door would not close due to top hinge screws loose. Talked to front desk and got a Phillips head screw driver but door wood was stripped and would not tighten. Asked for a different room but they had no more king rooms. I told front desk we would deal with bath door issue. Shower head in bath was lower than 5 feet and had to stoop to wash hair.”

“Bread had mold. The juice machine was out of order. No orange juice.”

“There was at least one dog there but we only heard it once. The room was nice, bed comfortable, shower wonderful. We felt safe and secure there. Breakfast left something to be desired. Three kinds of cereal, only whole milk, no bread for toast, apples and no other fruit, pancake machine which didn’t work. ”

“There was a very strong air freshener smell when entering the building as well as in the room. The floor in the lobby and in the bathroom in the room was very sticky. Your shoes stuck when you walked. There was no hot water in the morning to take a shower on the days we were there. There was hot water in the afternoon. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. We would not choose this location again due to the strong odor of air freshener. It was nauseating. And not having hot water available...

“If you are allergic to bed bugs like i am, do not rent a room from there. I dont know if its paractice of Expedia to book people rooms with such filth and rude workers. All i got to say is my lawyer wants me to sue, even though he knows i don't like doing that. They return my money and i will not. So the balls in there court... Sincerely, Charles B. Dull”
