“Very nice hotel”

“The bathroom floor felt sticky. The breakfast hot food wasn’t hot. I went down to eat around 9:00 a.m.”

“Sa;rah at the front desk gave us a lovely room at the end of the hallway. It was amazing for the view and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay,. Elijah made a very nice espresso martini that we sipped while watching the sun set over the river. ”

“The hairdryer could not plug into the bathroom outlet. And you couldn’t close the drain in the bathtub to hold water. I won’t stay there again. The woman had a bit of an attitude that I talked to, but the manager the next day was great.”

“Very well maintained, comfy bed, clean, tasty breakfast buffet. Riverfront location was wonderful with numerous, quality restaurants nearby. Walked along the river and sat on benches to read quite a while in the evening. Would definitely stay again!”

“L'hotel, facile da trovare, lascia a desiderare per quanto riguarda la pulizia degli spazi comuni: la hall è maleodorante e bisogna sottolineare che è il luogo dove consumare la colazione (un pò contenuta rispetto agli standard degli altri hotel frequentati nel nostro viaggio negli USA) !!! L'hotel è in parziale ristrutturazione, ma la camera era assolutamente pulita e confortevole. L'accoglienza è stata ottima e professionale.”

It looks like a luxury oasis online, but the reality is an absolute scam. First, the indoor section was completely freezing and unusable for families or anyone looking to relax. “The room was super clean - the entire hotel was clean. The staff was friendly - especially Art. He was extremely helpful!! The beds were comfortable, ample parking & the a/c worked well. We didn’t have time for breakfast, but it smelled great!”

“They were having some renovations during our stay. We were not bothered by that but I do believe there was an impact on the Happy Hour. The 3 nights were were there the Happy Hour was the worst I have ever had at a Drury. Constantly running out of various items, no one checking timely to ensure guests didn't have to wait for food. Lack of staff to run bar and food.”
