“This spot may not be one of the bigger roykans but is very hospitable. English friendly and onsen is tattoo friendly unfortunately the onsens are incredibly small the outside can only fit 2-3 people and the inside one is barely double that size. Dinner and breakfast were incredible.”

“Nice 5 star hotel. The service and staff is top notch. The views are spectacular. Great place to retreat to and relax. We stayed here for 1 night in our trip through Hokkaido. My only issue was at check in. We were required to make the dinner reservations and meal selection at the front desk. And not everything we wanted was available to us. So it was very awkward experience in my opinion. I don’t know if I made a mistake not reserving the restaurants in advance but it is hard to know what you...

“オープン当初から行ってみたい宿でしたが中々都合がつかず、今回やっと宿泊する事ができました お部屋も落ち着いた雰囲気でしたし、部屋の温泉もゆっくり浸かる事ができて何度も入りました お食事が和洋折衷の懐石料理で大満足でした 夕食後、朝食後、ラウンジ、部屋に用意されているコーヒーは全て違う豆を使用しているとの事で、流石だなと思いました また泊まりに来たいです”
