“The place was clean and tidy. The airport shuttle service was good; they even stopped by the bank for me before heading to the airport. The staff were very nice and helpful. They replied to messages promptly. They also provided hot breakfast with different choices. Just one bad thing, the shower water was cold.”

“What a unique and authentic experience. The owner is very welcoming and proud to show you around this 300 year old property. The host is friendly and spends ample time to give advice on what to see and how. The family enjoyed him, and we enjoyed the stay. Large enclosed garden area is great for kids to play or an escape from the hustle and bustle. Parking available on site, although it is tight. Great location with all the downtown locations within walking distance. The best value for money ever”

I have to give special shoutout to the staff members who made the experience very pleasant, which included Freddy, Joz, and Gustavo. They were very attentive and accommodating. I don’t feel the need to explore other options for hotels to stay at when I come to Quito again because I only want to stay here. That’s how much I loved it!”

“Airport shuttle driver waiting for me at airport with my name on a sign. Return ride to airport was on time as promised. Breakfast was great! Hernan was a gracious host. He made sure I had everything I needed. He even booked a tour for me and another guest in which he took the time to be our guide and driver. Great stay! Thank you Hernan!”

“The hotel is located along Calle Ronda (one of oldest streets in Quito). Perfect location as it is so close to the central park, president’s palace, San Francisco Church, Cathedral, Basilica and many more. The hotel is very quiet even though a lot of restaurants and shows are outside the facility… perfect for relaxation. There’s filtered water dispenser, so you don’t have to worry about being hydrated. Room was big, bed was clean. A beautiful viewpoint is located at the top level with the views...

“Staff were friendly and genuinely seemed like they wanted us to enjoy our stay, but as soon as I walked in to the bathroom, I saw black mold. I am glad we were only there for about 10 hours. The location was not great, very noisy all night, we barely slept, and did not seem like the safest place to go out at night. There were 3 or 4 locks on the door. We left too early for breakfast. The beds were fairly comfortable. It’s the black mold that did it for us. Gross.”
