“Sauberes Zimmer und gepflegter Sanitärbereich mit einer Waschmaschine, fußläufig zum Busbahnhof. Allerdings bekamen wir das Duschwasser nicht warm. Der Vermieter reagierte nicht auf Nachfragen per Mail und WhatsApp weder im Vorfeld der Reise noch während des Aufenthaltes. Es roch nach Gas, wir waren deswegen besorgt. Und wir mussten kalt duschen. ”

“This is a gem of a hotel. Located on the edge of the lake with an amazing view. The hotel has a genuine Japanese vibe. The rooms have baths with hot spring water. The hotel staff have variable english skills but they are very helpful. The nearby village has lots of great restaurants. 30 minute drive to Rusutsu.”

“Big room, clean and tidy Dinner is quite good, not much choice for breakfast, but it’s fine Very nice staffs Onsen facilities are nice with reasonable size The most valuable - they offer sake at lobby for whole day. And free draft beer at dinner. FYI, there are few stairs at lobby.”

“We booked Room C and we stayed at Room B, not sure about the difference but the sauna didn't work which was disappointed. We notified the owner and we didn't get any compensation. ”
