“We’re staying in a shared room with multiple beds today. The hostess was very thoughtful and prepared an empty bed for us to place our luggage. Only confusion was check in and line up for food in same door. Stayed in food line for short bit and then asked for check in. Even though very busy a staff showed us everything. ”

“The room is a little dated but otherwise super clean and spacious. Another disappointment is thst the hotel only have shower in the onsen which many guests may like the experience but better if the hotel can consider shower room for people who wants privacy.
Anyway, still I would recommend this hotel.”

“Check-in was a little odd using a machine, but there was an employee who helped us. The nearby lake was beautiful, although we didn't have the clearest view from our room. The free sake was fun in the lobby. Breakfast was also tasty. The Japanese-style mattress (futon) could have used a bit more padding.”
