“Would definitely stay here again. Near the pedestrian street of shopping and food. Room was nice and clean with comfy bed and automatic curtains and toilet. Shower was strong and I appreciated the free laundry in the basement and the available coffee and tea in the lobby. Only drawbacks are fine for me, but may not be for light sleepers is the wall is paper thin, and you can hear muffled conversations in the next room. I had earplugs so it was fine. “I loved the design, the staff (young, fun and very careful). The location per se is also fantastic, next to the XiHu; but I think the humidity is a real problem. They have put dehumidifiers everywhere but still, it smells a bad. Therefore, I think I have paid way too much for an hotel that has such a problem… that’s not good for your health. I stayed just 1 night.”

“Everyone is very friendly, the room is small but very clean. The breakfast is tasty with pumpkin porridges, eggs and many other dishes. You can walk to many scenic places of the West Lake. There are also good restaurants close by. Overall the service meets or exceeds the North American standards. ”

“The hotel is in a very good position. Walkable distance to the lake. Staff is very helpful even though they do not speak good english. But anyway they are very kind and try to understand your needs. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The overall condition is good. Price was quite good so I reccomend this hotel for sure.”

“The breakfast here is quite good with a variety of Chinese and Western choices at the buffet. The service is prompt and friendly. Spacious rooms with varying views in a fairly quiet area. The exercise area is located in a building next to the main building and is reasonably equipped. The setting is very lush, near two tunnels and within comfortable walking distance from the south portion of West Lake, the Hangzhou Zoo, Silk Museum, Jade Emperor Hill, and the Leifeng Pagoda.
