Hotel vicino a Museum of Ice Cream - Austin

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“This hotel is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, especially for the price. The lobby is beautiful, the room was clean and spacious. The staff was very nice. But the breakfast was the best. So many option and everything tasted so good. I will definitely be staying here every time I go to Austin.”

“Nice location for us although the area outside of this property is run down. I didn’t realize there was a very nice shopping center a few blocks behind this property in lll until I took a walk and happened upon it. ”
