“Best Western is our go to on our yearly Mystic trip. This trip was no other. The lobby was big and beautiful and had coffee and tea 24/7. The coffee is so good. The manager was there to greet us and check us in. He’s been there for years even prior becoming Best Western and he has always provided great service. Very kind and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious. The first night, the towel rack fell off but no big deal to us. I told the manager the next morning and in the afternoon he...

“I booked my hotel stay through Expedia gave the front desk concierge person my 80 she stated that she could not find my reservations. I pulled out my phone and showed her the confirmation number. She looked at it and stated that she did not have my reservations. Try calling Expedia and they were not able to pick up the phone had to purchase another room. The staff was not helpful at all.”

“The room was exactly as pictured very quaint and cute only complaint was the countertops and tops of the dressers had ring stains from cups and whatnot otherwise very clean. Pool area was small as was the pool so we didn't use it as just having a group of 4 other people in there made it feel crowded. Free coffee bar was nice. I recommend the banana split iced latte. YUM!! Front desk gentleman at check-in was friendly and helpful.”
