Hotel a Mystic - New London

“Right off the highway and close to casinos. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.”

“Hotel was clean and nice. Staff was very good. Bar and restaurant open late which was nice.”

“Not the easiest place to navigate but there are a ton of things to do. I did find loose pretzels on a chair in my room. Overall the room was clean and neat. Beautiful view from my room ”

“Noise policy was questionable. Awake from 2-5 am because of room next door returning from casino and yelling for 3 hours. Front desk was not helpful. ”

“Such a cute hotel with all the Hilton amenities. All the nautical decor and under the sea pool made it the perfect spot for our mini Mystic getaway.”

“The room was very dated, and dirt., smelled extremely musty.The wallpaper is peeling off the walls, the bathroom ceiling was disgusting. I found a plastic cap in the bed in the morning which was not ours which makes me think the linens were never changed. We did not speak to the desk about this as I am following up in writing. The gentlemen working at the front desk was not a very helpful person. The mini cooler/frig was warm, obviously not working. The parking lot was littered with garbage. ...

“Room was a delight. The jet tub was such a nice feature as well as having the extremely comfy bed! I could have rested happily in the room and pool easily the whole trip, it was so nice. The only thing the room could have had was a fridge/microwave.”

“The breakfast was wonderful and breakfast staff attentive and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was warm and was available for extended hours, making use of pool very convenient for someone on any schedule. The location is convenient. I would stay there again.”

“Room wasn’t clean at arrival Soap residue on shower wall and spot on wall of I’m hoping lotion pool area was not kept clean , clumps of hair on steps to water slide and in pool.Was very family friendly and exciting for 7yr old but for the price I was expecting a cleaner environment ”
