“Me and my husband stayed 2 nights this past weekend for father’s day. We love hyatts because they're always clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, this is our first bad experience with one. When we walk into our room there was still garbage on the floor under the table, hair on the toilet, and a bug under our sheets. Not the absolute worst hotel I've ever seen but we left very disappointed.”

“Rooms and lobby area and hallway were pretty clean. Decor could use a refresh and landscaping needs improvement. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was ok but could use more cereal choices, and some vegan options (almond or soymilk etc). Use of disposable cups, plates, bowls and utensils makes the hotel seem cheap and wasteful. Is it that difficult to put plates, mugs and utensils in a dishwasher?”

“Our outside server was tremendous. I wish I had taken her name. As soon as we arrived she brought water to our dog. We paid cash, however it was fathers day on Sunday and we were about 12-12:30- if you could locate her we would love for you to recognize her for fabulous service and a wonderful smile. Our dog was Sophie in a pink carriage and she is blind. She brought a kids meal for her. Really best service ever!”

“Well what can we say.......we stay here every 6 mos ....the rooms adequate good air clean enough....close to casino and beaches....outside of that the weekend LIMO is the best....we think then driver is great and the location ...perfect for a quick shower clean up!”
