“The staff at this hotel are amazing!!! We were treated like family. Our dog Henry got treats, pats and lots of love from all the staff that he met. They made our six night stay very pleasant and memorable. We will definitely stay there the next time we’re in Virginia.”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my two-nights stay at Charlotte Hotel. The property is charming and in excellent condition. The breakfast I ate in the on-site restaurant was delicious. The location is conveniently located within walking of restaurants, cafe, pub and a community theater. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Room “looked clean”, but once you’ve walked in you’re hit with a wet carpet smell that doesn’t go away. Bed and sheets didn’t have a bad smell. Shower had visible brown water stains almost like the water was not good to use. Did not use shower. Slept a couple hrs and left.”
