“The loft bed needs to be on the 1st floor! The stairs are dangerous, especially to take a suitcase up on them. The sofa is terrible & uncomfortable to watch TV. No cable was a problem. We were unable to watch sports & decent news. Being on main street was not quiet, especially in the morning. The interior is very lovely & well built.. All accessories were very Nice!”

“I have nothing really bad to say about the property; just surprised it was a basement apartment that had been reconfigured, not a first floor apartment. Doors were sawed off to fit shorter doorways, the bathroom and kitchens were extremely small and you had to duck in many areas or your head would hit the ceiling. Additionally, some basic supplies were lacking in the kitchen such as paper towels, oven pans, and some cooking utensils. Two frying pans were provided but had no covers to stop grease...

“Everything was great. Recommend that you remind other guests to leave room in the parking lot for three cars. Did experience an issue on the last night with the other renters not parking in their spots making it difficult to park. Everyone needs to be considerate of others.”

“My wife and I and our four-legged girl were in town for the college World Series. We were pleasantly pleased with the unit and location! We were within walking distance of an excellent pizza establishment and local park for walking our Pet. The property was convenient for downtown. We would definitely stay here! And the TN VOLS are National Champs!”
